Cancellation & Refund Policy

80-Hour Class A Refresher

Students will receive a non-college degree certificate upon successful completion of the program. To receive a CDL credential students must schedule and pass the State of Michigan CDL skills exam. U.S. Truck Driver Training School is licensed by the state of Michigan to perform the state of Michigan CDL skills exam. The program cost includes tuition, books, DOT fees, registration fees, and other fees connected with the program. The student may cancel or terminate at any time by giving notice to the institution, subject to the institution’s refund policy. The computation for a refund is based on the last date scheduled. If a student does not show up for class for three consecutive days, with no contact, the student may be terminated from the program and the cancellation of the student enrollment contract may commence unless reasonable circumstances can be presented. Refunds are pro-rated and based on the hours scheduled. A student terminated under these circumstances may apply for readmission. A student applying for readmission must furnish a written request to the Director of Educational Services for consideration. Students automatically withdrawn after 60% of the program has elapsed are not entitled to a refund (Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries are exempt from the 60% rule).

The Method of Delivery for this program is Hybrid (Excluding Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries utilizing VA Education Benefits)

  1. An applicant may cancel enrollment at any time before the commencement of class.
